Improved Single Property Website
We’re introducing the new single property website that showcases real estate in multiple ways on an intentionally simple and clean page. Most Fortune 500 companies use landing pages to convert. That’s essentially what this is – one singular, vertically scrolling page offering multiple opportunities to convert browsers into buyers. It has a top menu navigation bar that will remain at the top of your screen as you scroll down. Or, you can jump straight to any section from the top. If a product was not purchased on this property, the menu navigation section would not display at the top, or within the page.
This gallery puts the property’s best foot forward by showcasing its top features, quick facts and 4 hand selected property images.
We’ve also refreshed our interactive floor plan tour so the colors coincide with the fresh, streamlined look. Navigate between floors at the top or, toggle between the dimensions icon and photo icon when looking to see the measurements of the property.
Float through the home via video in this Experience section, which will hold all videos purchased with the property – including Walkthru, Drone, and Slideshow. To optimize the viewer’s experience, regardless of what device it’s being viewed on, each section is designed to softly align with the screen without requiring a manual adjustment.
Showcasing a piece of real estate using a single property website will further highlight the quality of photography used on the house. Jump right to a specific photo using the client customized photo labels on the photo slider navigation.
If a 3D Tour has been purchased, there will be a section displaying it here. The white arrows on the right bottom corner can be used to enlarge the viewing of the tour so it fills the whole screen and the viewer can explore every nook and cranny of the property.
As with all our dynamic visual products, this one also uses Google maps to show the location of the property. Again, the box icon, this time in the upper right corner, can be clicked on to expand the map into full view.
The info section pulls from data supplied for MLS purposes to populate the conclusion of this single property website page. And, of course, sharing is key. There are social media and messaging icons for sending out the webpage link to others.
A few features of this property website that were not an afterthought include the lead capture form at the bottom of the page. The branded version will have a lead capture form allowing the viewer to send a message to the realtor with contact information for immediate follow up.
*For MLS compliance, this section will not display there.
