How do I place an order?

To place an order, simply complete the Appointment Request form and we will contact you to confirm your order, the total cost and schedule your appointment. Note that this form does not contain pricing. You can also give us a call at 301-972-3201 or send us an email at customerservice@truplace.com.

If you have already set up a free account or have used us before, please log into the Client Portal and complete the Order Form.


What is your pricing?

To see product pricing please click the “Services” drop-down at the top of the page and select your industry where you can browse through all our products. Select the bedroom count in the slider for starting prices by bedroom.


What locations do you service?

Our self-serve options allow you to order a signature TruPlace tour from anywhere in the world. Here are some of our full service locations.


What is your turnaround time?

Our turnaround for all products is next business day following the appointment (Monday-Friday, except for major holidays). We also offer Saturday delivery for an additional fee.


What is your cancellation policy?

We ask that you inform us of your need to cancel or reschedule by 5:00PM on the day prior to your appointment. Changes made after that time are subject to a $75 fee.


Can you accommodate turnover days?

Yes, but there is a fee associated with scheduling on turnover days. This fee is assessed as a result of very tightly timed window for the photographer to complete their work. This, in addition to the additional travel time associated with turnover days, incur the fee and 100% of it goes to the photographer for their added travel time, wait time on-site for the property and working around staff on-site.


What if it is raining on the day of my appointment?

We shoot rain or shine! If it is cloudy or raining, we add complimentary blue-sky edits to all your photos. If it is actively raining to the point where the photographer is unable to photograph exteriors we will proceed with the interior work on the property: capturing all interior photos, drawing floorplan (if applicable) and will add blue-sky edits in windows. We would then schedule an exterior reshoot for the next available sunny day.


Can I request a specific photographer?

We are happy to take your requests and we do everything we can to honor them!


Can I have exteriors taken before the interior is ready for photos? Is there a separate fee for that?

We are able to take the exterior photos of your listing now and schedule a second appointment to do the interiors/full shoot at a later time. An exterior-only shoot is an additional/separate cost of $115.


Can you edit out unwanted features of a property?

We pride ourselves in not misrepresenting a property. We are happy to edit items that come and go, such as blue skies, green grass, etc., but draw the line and editing out eyesores such as power lines, stains, roof repairs, etc. Check out our Add-Ons page for available enhancements and pricing.


I already have floor plans; can I just have you photograph my property?

Absolutely! We have a tour combination to suit just about every situation and budget.


How do you measure the floor plan?

Our photographers measure from the inside of the exterior framed walls including basements, garages, open to below, stairs, closets, and hallways. They also measure and draw exterior features such as decks, patios, and pools. The photographs, floor plans, and videos are for representation purposes only. Have a licensed appraisal performed for definitive measurements.


How do I access my visuals?

The TruPlace Client Portal hosts all your completed visuals for each property: photos, floor plans, 3D panos, tour and video links, and QR codes. Max/Print quality photos are available to download for up to 365 days after the shoot.


Where can I publish my photos, tour link and videos?

Residential Sales clients should publish photos, tour and videos links in MLS. Bright MLS agents can use the Media Sync integration in the Client Portal to publish with a single click. Agents outside of the Bright MLS region can easily download all photos and copy MLS-compliant links to post in MLS. MLSs typically distribute to multiple sites based on how your brokerage is structured.

Short and long-term Rental clients should upload their photos and tour links into their PMS and/or website. We provide you with all links and coding necessary in your Client Portal to properly publish your tours on your website without opening in a new window, to keep guests from leaving your site. Our Client Success team is available to assist with any advanced website linking.

We automatically post all of your TruPlace videos to Vimeo and YouTube to help you get going on your marketing right away. These links are available in your Client Portal.
